At Literacy Counts, we offer expert-led literacy consultancy and professional development services for UK primary schools, MATs, clusters and international schools. Whether delivered in person or over Zoom, our impactful support spans all areas of literacy: reading, writing, spelling, phonics and oracy. Our team of expert consultants are experienced former school leaders, including current and former Local Authority advisers and moderators. Each brings deep knowledge of evidence-informed practice and a proven track record in delivering high-impact, sustainable school improvement projects.
We work in partnership with schools and MATs to raise outcomes and build confident, empowered teams – ensuring every child, in every setting, has the opportunity to succeed in literacy.

20 working days cancellation notice – no charge
5 to 19 working days cancellation notice – 50% charge
Less than 5 working days cancellation notice – 100% charge
